View, browse and sort the ever-growing list of GDC Europe sessions by pass type, track, and format. With GDC Europe Session Scheduler, you can build your schedule in advance and access it during the show via export or with the GDC Europe Mobile App. Sessions do fill up, so please arrive early to sessions that you would like to attend. Adding a session to your schedule does not guarantee you a seat.

'Project Discovery' is the first implementation of the concept Massively Multiplayer Online Science. It is a joint effort of 'EVE Online', MMOS and the Human Protein Atlas to bring real life science into major computer games as a seamless gaming experience. It is the first serious game implemented inside a AAA video game.
'Project Discovery' was launched in February 2016 and it became an instant success. In the first two weeks of the project players have analysed 5 million images through the in-game interface. Come and hear about the challenges we faced during the last two years while creating 'Project Discovery'.
We will introduce Project Discovery and Massively Multiplayer Online Science as a concept, and how it was possible to successfully implement such a feature with so many diverse participants. Also how to manage the leap of faith- to let a 3rd party serve content directly to your player community.

Welcome! You can use the Session Scheduler tool to browse sessions and build a custom event schedule. Once you've saved your personal schedule, you can access it from the free GDC Europe Mobile app (available approximately 30 days before the event). Note: use the same login/password on the Mobile app that you set up on this web site.
Step 1. Create an account. Use the "Create Account" button at the top of the right-hand corner.
Step 2. Choose a view. Select either the "List" or the "Grid" icon. (It's the same data, just a different view of the sessions.)
Step 3. Choose your sessions. Click the "Add" or "Remove" button next to each session to add it to, or remove it from, your personalized schedule.
Step 4. Review your schedule. Push the "My Schedule" button in the left column to view your selected sessions.
