    This talk will discuss lessons learned from the processes of a studio fundamentally dedicated to the creation of premium games, in a market dominated by freemium and F2P.

    It will share what the developers at Square Enix Montréal ('HITMAN GO', 'HITMAN: Sniper and Lara Croft GO') learned the hard way while developing their awards winning games and why the Premium business model is a very viable option for mobile developers.


    Attendees will have a stronger grasp of the business aspect of bringing premium mobile gamest: understanding price point sensibilities + enhancing discovery + opening new markets = maximizing revenue.

    As a bonus, attendees should realize the untapped potential of the mobile premium games market and want to take that challenge.
