Mobile games are like TV shows in that players expect new and engaging content that will keep them "tuned in" for years. This 'live service' model is both a responsibility and a tremendous opportunity to grow a loyal fan base.

Aaron Loeb, President of Kabam Studios will discuss why companies need to look beyond "season one" metrics like daily revenue when making business decisions and instead focus on key metrics that will guide "story arc" decisions for "multi-season" success. Loeb will touch upon his experience managing Marvel Contest of Champions, Kabam's fastest-growing game and a top-grossing app on the global App Stores.

Attendees will understand why being reactive to short-term metrics like daily revenue will hinder a game's growth, and walk away with thought starters on developing a retention strategy that is built on close analysis of player data and community, that will lead to creating episodic content for sustainable growth.
