GDC Europe 2016 Schedule

View, browse and sort the ever-growing list of GDC Europe sessions by pass type, track, and format. With GDC Europe Session Scheduler, you can build your schedule in advance and access it during the show via export or with the GDC Europe Mobile App. Sessions do fill up, so please arrive early to sessions that you would like to attend. Adding a session to your schedule does not guarantee you a seat.

    Tatu Aalto works as Senior Graphics Programmer at Remedy Entertainment. Being part of the industry for over a decade, Tatu has gained experience in most aspects of modern real-time rendering, spanning from export pipelines and offline lightning systems to post effects, volumetrics and physically based rendering.

    Tatu's early nineties demo experiments led him to RedLynx in 2003 to develop the first wave of games targeted to Nokia's handheld gaming device NGage. He moved to Futuremark in 2006 to work on benchmarking and games, mainly focusing on in-house rendering engine development. In 2011 Tatu joined Remedy for Alan Wake's American Nightmare, which led him to become a key player in creating Remedy's latest visually and technically ambitious title Quantum Break.
