    Christoph Peters is about to complete his PhD in the computer graphics group of Reinhard Klein at the University of Bonn, which he joined in October 2013. A focus of his research has been the introduction and application of moment shadow mapping for alleviation of shadow map aliasing in real-time rendering (see publications below). Before that he completed his master's degree in computer science at University of Bonn in 2013 and his bachelor's degree in mathematics at University of Cologne in 2011. His roots in computer graphics predate these studies through the development of a graphics engine which has been used by hundreds of hobbyists (2004 until today, releases until 2008).
